Is the same challenge use for everyone, or does it vary according to age and gender? I’m a 40 yr old woman, would I have to use a different challenge for my 29 yr old husband?

The basic challenge works for all people of all ages. Because it was developed by body builders and all of our bodys work in a basic way. Stay on the program and you will see a major difference regardless if you young or mature.
