DR. OLA
Dr. Ola B. Madsen is a much sought-after leadership and management speaker and trainer. He has worked with and shared center-stage with the likes of Tom Peters, Dennis Waitley and Ken Blanchard. He has consulted and conducted in-house seminars for many Fortune 500 companies in the U.S., Europe, Asia and the Caribbean, including youth organizations such as the Boy Scouts of America, 4-H, Junior Achievement and civic organizations like Future Business Leaders of America, Full Gospel Businessmen’s Fellowship, Rotary Club, Lions Club, to name a few, in the areas of leadership, attitude, relationships and personal development. Participants have rated his seminars as “A MUST ATTEND” event!
Dr. Madsen is an accredited Staley lecturer and a speaker for the American Management Association (AMA) and American Society for Training and Development (ASTD). During his school years, he was an adjunct professor at Asbury Theological Seminary in Kentucky.
A highly successful entrepreneur in the direct selling industry, he became president of a company at the age of 24 and was able to comfortably retire at the age of 30. He went back to school and earned his Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and Masters in Theology and Divinity. As a corporate executive, he was responsible for the success of two multi-level marketing companies in the global arena.
Government officials, corporate executives, religious leaders, civic leaders and students attend the life-changing Everyday Leadership Seminar (ELS) that he conducts in different parts of the globe.
Dr. Madsen believes that one of the vital ingredients for success is having optimal health and taking care of the only vehicle we have in this journey of life – our body. His mission is to help thousands of people have a healthy lifestyle through his program, OLA’S CHALLENGE.
Dr. Madsen started bodybuilding at the age of 58. Since then, he garnered 2nd place in the NPC World Gym Classic Body Building competition in 2006, 2nd and 3rd place in the 2007 and 2008 Excalibur Body Building Championship, respectively and 2nd place in the Muscle Beach Body Building Competition on the 4th of July 2010. This year, he is on a rigid diet and training program in preparation for two (2) body building competition on Sept. 5 and 10, 2011.
