Why am I doing this?

Before starting on the road to a better health, ask yourself “Why am I doing this?” Find out what your motivation is. Is it for someone else? Is it for a special occasion that you want to look good for? A dress you’ve been eying that you want to fit into? Is it to be healthier? Or is it to boost your self-esteem? Whatever it is, it must be something that you really want.

Reality is that no matter how motivated we are there are times when we fall off the wagon but it’s ok. What is important is we acknowledge this and we keep going!
