Ola’s Challenge meal plan is very simple to follow with proven results.  I dropped a few pounds & it also left me with a waistline I haven’t seen since high school.  My muscle tone had visibly improved and more vascularity started to appear. I’m very pleased with how I look and it has given me extra energy throughout the day. It changed my physique, personality, confidence, and discipline.  The challenge educated me on what to eat and what to avoid.
